Women on the Wing Chapters
Women on the Wing chapters give women a space to connect, lead and engage in conservation while building confidence and skills in the outdoors.
Women on the Wing chapters have the same goals as traditional Pheasants Forever chapters but are typically led and made up of women members. These chapters provide a unique space for women to engage with conservation in an environment that provides a sense of belonging, ownership and camaraderie that can be challenging to replicate in a co-ed setting.
A major function of these chapters is to host events that recruit and support women along their conservation journey. The initiative also aims to empower women to be confident and competent outdoorswomen. In the same way that biodiversity supports healthy ecosystems, diverse chapters and membership provide the greatest impact to conservation.
Volunteers are integral in our fight to protect wildlife and preserve our hunting heritage. Become involved in a Pheasants Forever or Quail Forever chapter today.
